Hotel El Ganzo is a home for the creative soul in a unique part of Baja California Sur. Surrounded by water on three sides where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez, El Ganzo offers more than a destination – El Ganzo is a trip, an experience steeped in art, culture and other opportunities for self-fulfillment.

Over the past 12 years, hundreds of celebrated and emerging artists from Mexico and around the world have been invited to come to El Ganzo and to use our walls as their canvas, including Pedro Reyes, Omar Rodríguez Graham, Gonzalo Lebrija, Santiago Arau, and Sofía Táboas.

Our recording studio has been the creative haven for musicians around the globe, including Thievery Corporation, Khruangbin, Catching Flies, Kings of Convenience, and Hermanos Gutierrez. Our calendar is full of events and activities in art, music, wellness and other meaningful pursuits. We offer a respite for intrepid travelers that is steeped in art, music and an independent spirit.
